One Day City Tour

City tour (full day) – did you know that Almaty standing right at the center of Central Asia has always been considered a gateway connecting East to West? In different milestones, it held different names like; Almatu, Almalyq, Verniy, Alma-Ata, and finally Almaty. Though it is an ancient city, you will be surprised to see how modern it became. Gigantic skyscrapers and mountainlike glass -buildings standing along with hundred years old wooden houses, will definitely not leave you unimpressed.

Itinerary

• 10:30 am Meeting at the hotel
• 10:30-10:45 – Driving to the Park of 28 Panfilov Guardsmen
• 11:45­­-11:25 – Roaming in the park
• 11:25-13:00 – Walking tour through 150 years old bazaar. Degustating local cheese, dry fruits, tasting horse milk, chitchatting, and bargaining experience with vendors and indigenous people of Almaty.
• 13:00-14:30 – Lunch in a local restaurant
• 14:30-15:30 – Walking on the pedestrian street Panfilov or Arbat
• 15: 30-16:00 – Sightseeing tour to Astana square (drive through), Republican Square
• 16:00-16:15 – Heading towards Kok-Tobe
• 16:15-18:30 – Cable car ride to Kok-Tobe. Roaming around in the best spot of the city and observing Almaty from a bird's-eye view. 
• 18:30-19:30 – Proceeding back to the hotel with overwhelming emotions.

Note: Tour duration is 8 and a half hours. The roads are in perfect condition.

Price up to 4-pax 230$ or 100$ per pax

Inclusions: Degustations in the bazaar, English speaking guide, round trip Cable car ticket, a trustworthy driver in his car, 2 bottles of 0,5 liters of plain portable water, and an amazing mood.
