Day 2

1. Velvet slopes and pointed peaks.

2. Journeys by mountain roads with extreme elements on jailau «Heavenly Paradise». During summer, literally to the horizon line alpine meadows are covered with a solid floral carpet.

3. Observation of the life of local carriers of the native traditions of nomadism of the Kazakh land, shepherds their lives, and grazing of livestock.

4. On this day, dazzling panoramas of 360 gr await guests. Million photographs, the heritage of the ancient glacier, and a magnificent view of the gorge of the Shelek River, more than 1 kilometer deep. The scale of the beauty of this place is comparable to its natural purpose. The Shelek River here is a natural watershed of two major mountain ranges of the Celestial Mountains, namely Zailia and Kungei Alatau.

5. Dinner with national hospitality and accommodation in a comfortable, cozy hotel in an authentic Kazakh village, with a beautiful view of the mountains. 2 bedroom rooms, shower, and bathroom inside each room.

Day 3

1. The adventure continues today, the first part of the day you will be devoted to travel and photo stops on one of the particularly beautiful and little-known roads in the foothills of the majestic Kungei Alatau Mountains.

 2. During one of the stops you will visit an interesting place called «Gate Charyna». Here you will take a simple walk literally on «Kazakh Iceland». And then, Rest, freshly brewed coffee, fragrant author’s tea on the local mountain seeds, as well as a light picnic with a luxurious view of the manmade lake Bestobe.

3. The road to the next stop will be easy. On the way, in a small border village Kegen, you will find yourself at the local colorful bazaar, and here we will replenish fuel reserves because for the next 3 days we are leaving civilization further.

4. The journey will continue through another interior valley - Tekes. It forms one of the significant, eponymous with the gorge, and mountain river of the Almaty region. The Tekes River takes its origin in the spurs of the Terskey Alatau range.

5. Lunch is waiting for you in the traditional Kazakh dwelling - yurt, where we will be met by a hospitable local family. Here you will learn about important features of life and life of nomadic people of Kazakhstan, as well as get acquainted with national dishes.

6. In the high jailau about 2400 meters above sea level we will go on simple hiking to an unusual waterfall. The water flowing against the walls and the bottom of the river is intense, and for thousands of years it has skillfully drained out a huge bowl in the rock. Once we get to that place, we’re gonna take some great photos and make a retreat. In the evening we will leave this gorge, and we will go to a cozy eco-friendly guest complex, secluded in the mountainous area in the coniferous forest of Tien-Shan fir trees.

7. Accommodation in wooden cottages with all amenities inside, delicious dinner, hot bath, swimming in the natural font of the mountain river, and relaxing rest in a vat of wood in the open air. All this, as well as healthy sleep, will restore your strength after a difficult, but interesting day of travel.

Day 4

1. Today we will go on one of the most remote roads of the south-eastern part of Kazakhstan to the majestic and somewhat severe high mountain lake Karakol.

2. These places are not tourists', and the probability of meeting wild animals such as marals, Yelik, mountain goats (tau teke), archars, and even bears is much higher than meeting tourists. As we will be in the border areas with neighboring countries for the next three days, the presence of identity documents will be mandatory. 

3. Through wide and steep hills, river and conifer fords, dirt roads, and off-road roads, we will arrive at a place comfortable for lunch in the afternoon. We’ll have lunch, and then we’ll go hiking at the lake for one hour. One way.

4. Having admired the beauty of this natural water body, which is about 3000 meters above sea level, and rested, we return to the car. After that, we move to a convenient place for camping.

5. Dinner, rest, bonfire, and communication in the comfort-class tent camp.

Day 5

1. Your dive into the Unknown Heart of Central Asia continues, along the border of the People’s Republic of China you will go to the next natural body of water, known as the saltiest high mountain lake in Kazakhstan Tuzkol.

2. The road here will be no less exciting than in previous days. Along the way, you will see the remote original villages, including those having the residual architecture of the USSR and not only.

3. We will have lunch in a picturesque place.

4. In the afternoon, we will arrive at the shores of Lake Tuzkol, where the salt level at a certain time of year is close to its concentration of the Dead Sea in Israel. This place is majestic and fantastic with its landscapes attracting the most famous photographers worldwide.

5. These wild places, which do not know the legs of mass tourism, have become a special attraction thanks to chic views of the chain of mountain ranges with perpetual glaciers. Among the significant peaks of Victory Peak, Bayankol, and crowns them «Lord of Heaven» the world-famous peak of Khan Tengri. This peak is the highest in Tien-Shan, which is located in the territory of Kazakhstan. is of great interest to mountaineers and is the northernmost seven-thousander of our planet.

6. In the best, specially selected place, in case of good weather, where you can see and reflect these mountains, we will install our comfortable camping. Here you will have dinner, a beautiful sunset, silence, and rest.

Day 6

1. In the morning, if desired, you can wake up at dawn, in order to take the best photos of Lake Tuzkol and the top of Khan Tengri.

2. Today you will have to visit the last in our journey on Northern Tien Shan, the High Valley of Semirechya, the closest to the border with China.

3. We will move on our comfortable SUVs, crossing numerous fords across a stormy river. You will be able to see again the scale of nature and the ability of the local population to live in such difficult conditions of the highlands, engaging in traditional cattle breeding.

4. Lunch will be organized in a quiet place near the exciting mountain river. The water here is clean and transparent, moreover, it is great for swimming in the warm summer period.

5. Next you will find a real maze of steep rises, ringing streams, treacherous serpentines, and dizzying slopes in the spurs of the most northern of the Tien-Shan Ranges, which local residents call «Long Mountain» or Uzynkara.

6. Within the hour you will climb the vertical one kilometer. The space that will cover your look is difficult to describe with words because you will be on a pass about 3000 meters above sea level. Here you will get acquainted with the mysterious custodian of these places, who for decades already directs his look to the «Lord of Heaven». This monument was probably erected by the followers of Tengrian, but the period of its construction is still difficult to determine.

7. Having made magnificent photos, in just 2.5 hours we will lose in height of almost 2500 meters, and changing at once several vegetable belts will find themselves in the world of the boundless Kazakh steppes.

8. In the evening, filled with strong impressions for this day, you will arrive at the best guest complex in this part of Kazakhstan. Here you will find a well-deserved relaxing and regenerating holiday in the swimming pools with thermal water and dinner. Accommodation in comfortable rooms with all amenities inside.

Day 7

1. Today you will have the opportunity to sleep longer. After all, it is the end of your truly fantastic adventure. Despite the fact that your journey was supposed to be magnificent mountain scenery, at the end of the day we have something special for you.

2. In the afternoon you will visit at once several not tourist canyons of the Almaty region. Carved with wind and water of ancient rivers and rains their walls will bring to you its long history of formation.

3. The huge fracture of the Earth’s crust, the sparkling Charyn River at a depth of more than 200 meters, «Monument Valley», the Red Canyon, the impressive stone-clay remains the size of a house - «The Finger of God» is an incomplete list of what will see your eyes and survive your hearts on this day.

4. We will have lunch in one of the picturesque places of the canyon, which does not know the legs of tourists. After a rest and a real bouquet of impressions, from all that you have passed through these days, we return to the city of Almaty.

5. We arrive at your hotel in the evening. The journey is over, but in your hearts and minds, as well as in numerous photos you will take to your country new bright and exclusive knowledge and experience about the real pristine civilization of Kazakhstan, about which almost no one knows in your environment and about which almost nothing is known tourist guides.
